A MAN has been charged in connection with a burglary in Newbury where children's costumes and a car were stolen
Maurice Black, 34, of Crawford Place, Newbury, was charged with one count of burglary of a dwelling on Friday October 9 after being arrested the day before.
The charge is connected to an incident which happened between 11pm on October 6 and 6am on October 7 in Western End.
A box of trainers, children's character costumes, children's watches, clocks and a wallet were stolen.
A Vauxhall Meriva and its keys were also stolen.
Black appeared at Reading Magistrates Court on Friday 9 and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on November 2.
