THE QUEEN looked in to Parliament last week to open the new session. You couldn't call it an unobtrusive visit. She was accompanied by an escort of the Household Cavalry, a great many other troops and an army of fine sounding courtiers such as the wonderfully named and equally wonderfully attired Rouge Dragon Pursuivant.
