MEDICS and police were rushed to Newbury after reports of a medical emergency on the London Road.
Police and ambulance crews were rushed to the scene, near the BP garage around 15.40 this afternoon.
Michelle Campbell, a spokeswoman for Southern Central Ambulance NHS Trust, said: "We were called to Lond Road to reports of a medical emergency. We sent two rapid reponse crews, an ambulance and an ambulance officer.
"They have been treating the patient at the scene." She said it is not yet clear what happened to the patient after the response teams arrived.
