POLICE are appealing to find the victim of an affray following the arrest of three men thought to be linked to the incident.

The call comes after a member of public witnessed a man being pushed to the floor and kicked outside the Hand Car Wash in Faraday Road, Newbury.

The man in his twenties tried to intervene but was told to run away by the attackers.

After leaving the scene he called the police but the victim could not be located.

The men who following him and attacked him were described as white, around 5ft 9ins tall and wearing long trousers and jumpers.

They all spoke with Eastern European accents.

The affray took place at about 8.30pm on Wednesday, November 18.

Investigating officer, PC Angharad Synan based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing for the victim or anyone who knows the identity of the victim to contact police immediately.

"It is vitally important that we locate the victim in order to ensure he is ok and to bring the perpetrators to justice."
